Separating good seed from broken seed
Size grading is used when separating grains of various sizes into two or more portions by means of gravity. This may be separating long grains from short grains, flat seeds from round seeds or other lengths into different portions. Sizers can size granular material like rice, barley, wheat, oats, and coffee.
The SIZE RIGHT® Precision Cylinder Sizer separates products by width and thickness down to the most accurate screen tolerances in the industry. All components on the SIZE RIGHT are heavy-duty and long-lasting, and cylinders are custom-made for all types of precision sorting. Capacity 0.2-3.9 t/h.

Size Separation

A size grader is designed to separate round seeds from flat seeds by means of gravity.
The machine can be built with one, two, four, six, or eight spirals per cabinet, depending on the capacity. One spiral gives 2 fractions, one round and one flat.
