length easily

An indented cylinder is used for separating the product by length, e.g. removing broken/short material from the prime product in one cylinder and long material from the prime product in a second cylinder. Graders are used for separating seed or grain product into different sizes, our modular graders are especially suitable for soybeans, sunflower seeds and corn.

TR Indented Cylinder

The TR indented cylinder modular system offers the possibility of building more units together to satisfy all demands to capacities and plant layout. Capacity 4-25 t/h.

H-500 Indented Cylinder

The H-500 indented cylinder is constructed to be part of a modular system, which means that a quantity of indented cylinders can be arranged to satisfy all demands to capacities and plant layout.

Length Grading

  • These machines handle the separation of short product, long product or both short and long product according to the cylinder combination.

    Length graders are used for separating the product into different grades, ensuring an accurate sizing into four different fractions in just one operation. The machines are suitable for many types of crops especially sunflower seeds, soya beans and corn.

  • The Indented cylinder system can be built up from a very simple system with one cylinder and up to an indefinite limit of cylinders stacked on top of each other. The number of indented cylinders depends on desired number fractions and capacity. Each flow through an Indented cylinder provides 2 fractions.

  • Length grading is chosen when we want to have seeds of the same length, or to remove impurities which are shorter or longer than the main product.
